Monthly Subscription $100.00 per month:

Includes email correspondence to answer business questions, offer advice and opinions, provide direction and recommendations. Correspondence and time spent limited to two hours within a 30 day period. Additional time, if required, charged at $75.00 per hour with a 15 minute minimum charge.

Subscription fees are recurring in advance unless cancelled.

Annual Subscription $1000 per year:

Includes all support contained in the monthly subscription price at the discounted rate of two months free. Correspondence limited to two hours within a 30 day period and additional time if required charged at $75.00 per hour with a 15 minute minimum charge.

Hourly Rate $75.00 per hour:

Hourly rates are charged in advance with a minimum charge paid as agreed by both parties except for subscription customers. Support for hourly rate customers includes email correspondence to answer business questions, offer advice and opinions, provide direction and recommendation plus any other business support required. These additional services can include but are not limited to the support described under the "Services" tab on the website. Hours will be billed according to actual time spent working and the scope of services will be agreed upon between both parties prior to payment or commencement of services. Additional services may be required from time to time which utilize outside services or third parties. Charges for these services will be agreed to by both parties and billed accordingly.

Xperience guarantees that you will be satisfied with our services. You may terminate any agreement upon written notice providing all monies owed up to and including the date of termination have been paid in full.
